Cody Moreland

Cody Moreland is Sr Director of Fulfillment at Flexport, where he oversees the global fulfillment network spanning more than 5M square feet, 3,000+ associates, and the company’s customer experience organization—including account management and customer support. His scope also includes leading Flexport’s transportation strategy across middle and final mile, where he drives carrier partnerships, on-time delivery performance, and cost efficiency. Cody has led the transition from 3rd-party to 1st-party facilities, scaled automation, and expanded services such as B2B, Prep, Returns, and Single Pool. Prior to Flexport, he launched six Amazon robotics fulfillment centers and helped buid out the operations team at Deliverr, later acquired by Shopify.
